Adding a second battery to your vehicle or boat provides a major boost to power available when the engine is switched off. However some smarts are required to ensure you can charge both when the vehicle is running, but leave one fully charged when switched off for starting the engine again. This Voltage Sensitive Relay (VSR) kit provides everything you need to wire up your second battery, while handling the isolation during shut-off periods. Provided with marine-grade hardware, so it can be used on a boat or vehicle. Suitable for 12V systems, with a continuous rating of 125A. All wiring hardware and instructions included.
Note: additional black (negative) wire may be required for systems without chassis earth, such as fiberglass boats, depending on your installation.
